Waupaca East Gateway
The rapid growth of Waupaca and the surrounding area is the driving force behind a new, 40 acre mixed-use development in that City. The project is being launched by Baltimore-based developer Michael Kline (Klein Enterprises). Klein’s family firm is a major developer of shopping centers in the mid-Atlantic area.
Named Waupaca East Gateway, the project offers opportunities for "big box" users, traditional "in-in" strip tenants, outlot tenants and a hotel.
