Part-time Salaried Real Estate Position.


We presently have an opening for a part-time position. This job will require 15-20 hours per week. For the right candidate, we will accommodate a work schedule that fits in with other commitments.

Required Credentials:

• Current Wisconsin sales person license.
•  Wisconsin Driver’s license

Required Skills:

•  Superior verbal and writing skills.
•  Ability to function in a non-structured, ever-changing environment.
•  Ability to work in a sometimes stressful environment.
•  Good negotiating skills.
•  Good sales skills.

Technical Skills:

•  Must be computer literate
•  Must have working knowledge of MSWord, Excel

Job Duties:

This is a new position as the Assistant to the President/broker of a commercial real estate company that deals in sales, leasing, development and management. We DO NOT sell homes. Duties are as wide ranging as answering the telephone to showing property and drafting real estate contracts.

Typical tasks might include:

•  Researching the ownership, zoning, and other aspects of specific parcels of real estate.
•  Show properties to prospects.
•  Draft contracts for transactions that have been negotiated by the Broker.
•  Conduct marketing research.
•  Draft sales brochures.
•  Handle maintenance and other requests from tenants.
•  Supervise repairs or tenant build-outs.
